In the meridian massage, the body is divided into three zones (face, back,
Legs) that are treated individually.
Each session includes a neck massage.
Duration of treatment: 30-60 minutes, by 30 min, there is only one specific zone.

In lymphatic drainage, the tissue fluid is set in motion by targeted, rhythmic and soft circular pressure and pumping movements with the hand. With increasing and decreasing movements in the direction of the lymphatics, the tissue fluid is supported to be able to flow better and also to find new drainage ways. The manual lymphatic drainage acts primarily decongestant, purifying and regenerating body swelling. The rhythmic movements also have a pain-relieving and calming effect on the nervous system. Already during the treatment a relaxation of the musculature and a noticeable relief of the pain can be achieved. The lymphatic drainage supports and stimulates the body's own defense system.
